Holiday Parties

Book your holiday party aboard Yacht StarShip. As Tampa’s top holiday party venue, dates go fast. Reserve now and let us “wow” your guests with award-winning service and cuisine! With three yachts and private dining rooms, we can accommodate holiday parties from 2-600 guests. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I book a private room for a group of 25?

Yes. For groups of 25 or more guests, we offer four distinct private rooms aboard StarShip I (our public cruise vessel). Each room has a specific minimum guest requirement.

  • The “Charter Fee”: If your group does not meet the room’s minimum, a $50 fee per missing guest will apply.
  • Exclusivity: Your room remains private for your group throughout the cruise, while the top deck remains a shared public space for all guests on board.

While you may increase your guest count after signing the contract, decreases are not permitted. Your final headcount and an alphabetical guest list are due 14 days prior to your event.

All cuisine is prepared fresh on board. Our buffets are clearly labeled with common allergens. For guests with severe allergies, our Chef can prepare a dedicated plated entrée upon request. Please notify your event coordinator of these needs in advance.

You are welcome to bring a celebratory cake provided it comes from a licensed bakery.

We offer a comprehensive A/V Package starting at $350 plus tax which includes: Projector, screen, microphone and dedicated Speaker system.

Tampa

Cruising through the Ybor Channel, Hillsborough Bay, and Garrison Channel. Views include Bayshore Drive, Harbour Island, Davis Islands, and the Downtown Skyline.

Clearwater

A scenic route through the Intracoastal Waterway (Belleair to Island Estates). Weather permitting, we venture into the Gulf of Mexico during sunset times.

Our dining rooms utilize a combination of square and rectangular tables to maximize space and views.

Parking is not included with your ticket. We recommend two primary options:

  • Channelside Parking Garage (Discounted): Located at 369 South 12th Street. Park on levels 3–5. Bring your ticket to our ticket booth before the cruise for a discounted rate.
  • Garrison Street Lot (Closest): Located at 603 Channelside Dr. This is the best option for guests with mobility concerns. Payment is via the ParkMobile App (Zone 3444). No discounts are available for this lot and subject to event pricing.

The dock is a scenic 10-15 minute walk via the Tampa Riverwalk.
