Depart Channelside at 10:30 a.m. to meet the Pirate Ship Jose Gaspar and the Pirate Invasion Flotilla as it departs Ballast Point in Hillsborough Bay.  We will have close-up views as we cruise alongside the flotilla as it crosses the Bay. Yacht StarShip is the largest vessel in the flotilla and guests will experience a once-in-a-lifetime viewing of the Invasion. Before the flotilla turns into the downtown channel, Yacht StarShip will exit the flotilla and proceed ahead, providing a great view as the hundreds of boats condense into a small channel. Subject to Coast Guard approval, the cruise may return to the Convention Center dock at 12:30 p.m. and remain dockside until 3 PM where passengers can stay aboard to witness the flotilla as the pirate ship arrives at 1 p.m. There will be Pirate Water Taxis to shuttle guests back to the Channelside dock if desired after invasion until 2 p.m. or it’s an 8-minute walk back to the Yacht StarShip Channelside dock on the Riverwalk.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inform their party of the dress code. Admittance to Yacht StarShip is at the discretion of management who reserves the right to refuse service to patrons who arrive in attire not fitting our dress code, regardless of the reservation status. For holidays and special events, no refunds or store credit will be given to guests who arrive in attire not fitting the dress code.
