Quick Tips Before You Arrive

Parking is not included with your reservation.
We recommend arriving 45-60 minutes before boarding to allow time for traffic and parking.
Weekends and event days in Downtown Tampa can be especially busy.
If one parking location is full, several additional garages and lots are available nearby.

Best Parking Option (Discount Available)

Channelside Parking Garage: 369 South 12th Street, Tampa, FL 33602

This is the parking option we recommend most often because it is directly across the street from Yacht StarShip.

Discounted Parking

Yacht StarShip guests may receive a discounted parking rate at this garage.

To receive this discount:

Bring your parking ticket from the machine to the ticket booth before your cruise to receive your discounted rate.
If an attendant is present, you may also receive the discount by showing your cruise confirmation upon entry.

Helpful Tips

Park on Levels 3 – 5 for easiest access to the elevator nearest Yacht StarShip.
Instead of circling up the garage, break out of the loop at floors 3, 4, or 5. Go towards the parking spots facing the water and use the elevator or stairs to the right side of the garage.
If the garage is full, attendants will typically direct guests to nearby overflow parking.

Closest Parking to Boarding

Garrison Street Parking Lot: 603 Channelside Dr, Tampa, FL 33602

This surface lot is the closest parking option to our boarding area and may be ideal for guests with mobility concerns. Please note that discounted rates are not available here.

Is handicap parking available?

Handicap accessible parking is available in nearby public garages and lots. The Garrison Street lot is closest to the boarding area. Posted parking rates still apply.

Do I need to bring cash?

Most nearby parking facilities accept credit cards and mobile payments only.

Cruising from Clearwater

Parking is available at the Clearwater Municipal Marina where Yacht StarShip IV is docked.

The marina uses a pay-by-plate parking system
Guests must enter their license plate number at a parking kiosk
Current parking rates are $1 per hour

We recommend arriving 45-60 minutes before boarding.

Yacht StarShip cruises depart promptly and refunds cannot be issued for late arrivals.

Parking Before 6pm

If you arrive before 6:00 pm:

Park your vehicle and visit the nearby parking kiosk
Purchase up to 30 minutes of parking for $0.50.
Check in at the Yacht StarShip ticket booth to receive:
- Your boarding pass
- The daily parking validation code.
Return to the kiosk and:
- Enter the parking code
- Enter your license plate number
- Purchase enough parking time for the duration of your cruise.

Parking After 6pm

If you arrive before 6:00 pm:

Go directly to the nearest parking kiosk
Enter your license plate number
Purchase enough parking time for your cruise

You do not need the daily parking code after 6:00 pm.

Additional parking may be available here if the marina parking area is full.

Please allow additional walking time from this location.
