Detailed plan for StarShip I: Depart Channelside at 10:30 a.m. to meet the Pirate Ship Jose Gaspar and the Pirate Invasion Flotilla as it departs Ballast Point in Hillsborough Bay.  We will have close-up views as we cruise alongside the flotilla as it crosses the Bay. Yacht StarShip is the largest vessel in the flotilla and guests will experience a once-in-a-lifetime viewing of the Invasion. Before the flotilla turns into the downtown channel, Yacht StarShip will exit the flotilla and proceed ahead, providing a great view as the hundreds of boats condense into a small channel. Subject to Coast Guard approval, the cruise may return to the Convention Center dock at 12:30 p.m. and remain dockside until 3 PM where passengers can stay aboard to witness the flotilla as the pirate ship arrives at 1 p.m. There will be Pirate Water Taxis to shuttle guests back to the Channelside dock if desired after invasion until 2 p.m. or it’s an 8-minute walk back to the Yacht StarShip Channelside dock on the Riverwalk.

Terms:

Cancellation Policy: All holiday and special event cruises are non-refundable and non-
transferable. Gift certificates, vouchers, and discounts are not valid for these sailings.

Dress Code: To help us maintain a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere, the following
clothing items are not permitted for any guests:

• Excessively revealing attire (examples: bikini tops, sheer garments without underlayers)
• Mesh or see-through clothing
• Overly torn or distressed pants
• Attire exposing nipples or other private areas
• Clothing with offensive or inappropriate language or graphics
• Clothing emitting marijuana odor

Admittance is at the discretion of the Captain. The Captain and/or Mate will enforce the dress
code at the gangway. Guests not in compliance with Manthey Hospitality’s dress code may
either change into appropriate attire or reschedule their cruise. Thank you for respecting these
